By accessing or using any product operated by Humanlike AI ("the Service"), including Humanlike Agents, Coworker, LoveForm, and related services at tryhumanlike.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Humanlike AI is a platform that provides AI-powered business tools including: AI agents for customer service and HR automation, Coworker (a desktop AI assistant), LoveForm (a form-building platform), and integrations with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Outlook, Slack, WhatsApp, and others.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Your content: You retain all rights to the data you create, upload, or generate through the Service (forms, agent configurations, conversations, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
Our platform: The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Humanlike AI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent.
Pricing & subscriptions.Certain features require a paid subscription or a one-off purchase. By subscribing or purchasing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice, effective at the start of your next billing cycle.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant providers, Stripe and Viva.com (Viva Payments). Card details are entered on the provider's secure checkout and are never stored on our servers; the viva.com logo is shown on the Viva payment screens. Prices are displayed in the stated currency and include applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) where required.
Delivery & access. The Service is a digital software-as-a-service product — there is no physical shipment. Access to paid features is delivered electronically and activated immediately, or as soon as reasonably practicable, after your payment is confirmed, through your account at tryhumanlike.com.
Cancellation. You may cancel a subscription at any time from the Settings page or by contacting customer support. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.
Refunds. If there is a problem with a charge, contact us within 14 days and we will review it on a case-by-case basis. Because the Service is digital content supplied immediately, where you expressly ask to begin using a paid feature right away you acknowledge that the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal may no longer apply once delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
Customer support. For billing questions, cancellations, or refund requests, contact our customer service team at support@tryhumanlike.com.
The Service includes AI-powered features such as conversational agents, automated workflows, HR screening, and form analysis. AI outputs are generated algorithmically and may not always be accurate or complete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and decisions before acting on them. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI outputs.
The Service allows you to connect third-party services (Google, Microsoft, Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services. You can disconnect integrations at any time from your settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and that you have obtained necessary consents from individuals whose data you process through the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Humanlike AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humanlike AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of Athens, Greece.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
